Recipients of the 2010 Legacy Scholarship will be selected from applications submitted by individuals who meet the following criteria. 

• Children, stepchildren, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or siblings of a WMU alumna or alumnus.
  
• Admitted to WMU as a regular undergraduate degree student.
  
• Entering WMU for the first time, as a freshman or transfer student.

Recipients of the WMU Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship will receive $1000 for one year only; this is a non-renewable award.

Applicants for the 2010 scholarships are asked to complete this form and submit it no later than February 24, 2010. Applications that are incomplete or received after this date will not be considered in the selection process. Please complete every field, especially labeled as required. For detailed instructions, roll the cursor over the field title. Please note: an essay is required; we suggest you prepare the essay beforehand. Chosen applicants will be notified no later than June 2010.

Applications received after the submission date will not be accepted.
